Role overview:
We are looking for a polite, efficient, and organised Sales Associate to manage phone and WhatsApp orders. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong understanding of stock control, and a proactive approach to daily operations. Experience in a butchery environment is highly advantageous.
The role includes processing orders using Sage Evolution ERP, assisting with daily banking, supporting production, manufacturing administration, and ensuring stock levels are tightly managed to maintain high standards.
Requirements:
·Previous experience in a butchery environment is highly advantageous.
·Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in food or FMCG sectors.
·Strong administrative skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
·Experience with Sage Evolution ERP is an advantage (training can be provided).
·Good understanding of stock control processes and practices.
·High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
·Comfortable handling cash and completing daily banking tasks.
·Excellent communication skills — polite, warm, and professional demeanor.
·Ability to work independently and take initiative.
