About the Role:As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between customers and the workshop. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, coordinate vehicle servicing, and ensure that customers are kept informed throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Accurately capture customer and vehicle details, including concerns and service requirements Liaise between technicians and customers to ensure smooth communication Provide cost estimates, explain service details, and obtain approvals Monitor job progress and keep customers informed on status and completion Handle after-service follow-ups and resolve customer queries efficiently
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong administrative and organisational abilities Knowledge of dealership systems and booking software is advantageous A team player with a professional, positive attitude
