The goal is to contribute to the success of the sales team and the organization by delivering consistent results and enhancing client satisfaction
Requirements:
Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent Minimum of 5 -8 years experience in a sales position Advanced computer skills Syspro knowledge would be an advantage Experience in managing stakeholders Must have own transport and a valid drivers license Knowledge of the catering equipment would be advantageous Responsibilities:
Generating leads by building relationships with potential and existing clients Enhancing customer experience Meeting internal sales targets as agreed upon Conduct sales presentations, negotiations and conduct cold calling sales. Understand and manage client expectations Manage quote submissions, and order processing Ensure timely delivery of equipment Provide outstanding service to consumers both before and after the sale Manage orders until payment is completed. Maintain a customer database Produce weekly/monthly sales reports vs targets Process returns and credit notes in accordance with the established procedures Refer to all client complaints received telephonically to the appropriate manager Ensure that shipment dates are updated periodically Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
