The ideal candidate will have a Matric qualification, along with 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. REQUIREMENTS:

DUTIES:
- Answer incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages, and relay them promptly
- Handle client and supplier enquiries professionally via email and telephone
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and timeously
- Compile and capture monthly reports using Microsoft Excel
- Order, monitor, and manage office stationery and consumables
- Coordinate the ordering and stock control of raw materials
- Oversee and manage the creditors’ age analysis
- Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide support to walk-in clients and address their needs efficiently
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems
- Monday to Friday: 07:45 – 17:15
