- Ensure compliance by monitoring legislation and implementing proactive operational strategies.

- Lead operational planning, budgeting, and team capability development for long-term success.
- Improve asset performance through standardisation, innovation, and stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Bachelor’s Degree / Honours Degree in Mining
- Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency
- 5 years Trackless mining experience as a Section Manager or Mining Manager
Benefits:
- Salary: R2.8m – R3.5m CTC
