Our Client is seeking a driven and personable Business Development Specialist to join a respected business in the financial services space in the Centurion area. What You’ll Do:
  • Engage with new and existing clients, developing strong relationships based on trust and understanding.
  • Listen actively to uncover client goals and challenges, then match them with smart, tailored financial solutions.
  • Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients, becoming their go-to executive for long-term support.
  • Work closely with a collaborative team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Continuously expand your network through referrals, events, and prospecting.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management—financial services experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • A people-first mindset with strong communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Confidence in handling client conversations and guiding them through important decisions.
  • A hunger for growth, learning, and personal success.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with targets.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid Matric and own reliable vehicle
