Description:
Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines to produce components as per specifications.
Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints.
Ensure quality control by inspecting finished parts for accuracy and defects.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plasma cutting equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adering to all safety guidelines.
Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years operating CNC plasma cutting machines, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading technical drawings; understanding of CNC programming is advantageous.
