My client a young and energetic team is seeking a young candidate to easily integrate with their culture ( not older than 40 years) . With this vacancy, there is a strong emphasis on debtors and creditors. The person should have a strong background in reconciling and understanding the principles of debtors and creditors. The other duties and responsibilities are there for us to judge that they have the ability to perform these tasks, but it is not to say that they will be performing those duties (journals and cash books).
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibility of finance administration
Capturing of cashbooks and cashbook reconciliations
Prepare general ledger recons
Debtors
Creditors
General finance duties
Preparing Journals
Requirements:
- Cashbook Reconciliations: 3 to 4 years
- Debtor/Creditor: 3 to 4 years
- Preparing Journals: 3 to 4 years
Experience & Qualification
4-5 years’ experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping
Excellent knowledge in finance and finance related procedures
Critical thinker
Problem solver
Works well in teams and able to maintain and build relationships
Strong time management skills
Must have good Excel skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Pastel evolution is an advantage
