Financial Accountant BUILDSMART experience

• Full financial accounting function, including monthly reporting and reconciliations
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Managing project costings and reporting in Buildsmart
• Preparation of audit files and liaison with auditors
• Compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Supporting project managers with financial insights and control

• BCom Accounting or relevant financial qualification
• Minimum 3–5 years of financial accounting experience, ideally within construction or civil engineering
• Proficient in Buildsmart software (essential)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
