Description:
A well established Restuarant company based in Sea Point is seeking a Head Barista.
Duties:
• Oversee barista staff, schedule shifts, and provide training.
• Ensure consistency in the preparation of various coffee beverages.
• Handle orders, manage supplies, and minimize wastage.
• Address customer feedback and resolve service-related issues.
• Develop and introduce new coffee beverages and trends.
• Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of coffee equipment.
Requirements:
- GAAP
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
Requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum of 1- 2 years as a head barista
• Mimimum of 5 years experience as a barista
• Must be well presented
• Be able to communication fluently in English
