We are looking for a Sales Consultant for a well established company based in the Industry area in Johannesburg. Position Objective:Use your strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional sales consulting services. The aim is to help clients identify and implement tailored solutions that meet their needs, while driving revenue growth and establishing long-term customer relationships. The goal is to contribute to the success of the sales team and the organization by delivering consistent results and enhancing client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
- Minimum of 5 -8 years’ experience in a sales position
- Advanced computer skills
- Syspro knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience in managing stakeholders
- Must have own transport and a valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of the catering equipment would be advantageous
- Generating leads by building relationships with potential and existing clients
- Enhancing customer experience
- Meeting internal sales targets as agreed upon
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations and conduct cold calling sales.
- Understand and manage client expectations
- Manage quote submissions, and order processing
- Ensure timely delivery of equipment
- Provide outstanding service to consumers both before and after the sale
- Manage orders until payment is completed.
- Maintain a customer database
- Produce weekly/monthly sales reports vs targets
- Process returns and credit notes in accordance with the established procedures
- Refer to all client complaints received telephonically to the appropriate manager
- Ensure that shipment dates are updated periodically
