Field Service Supervisor

ire Resolve's client is a leading player in the electrical manufacturing industry and is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead field operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate field service technicians to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment at client sites.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and customer requirements.

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot complex electrical issues as needed.

• Maintain accurate service records and report performance metrics to management.

• Conduct training and mentoring of junior technicians.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a field service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial equipment, and safety standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to travel frequently to various client sites.

• Valid driver’s license.
