We are seeking an HR Manager with experience in the motor industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, skills development, employment equity, and BEE compliance. Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree (Commerce or related field)
- 5+ years of HR experience in the automotive industry
- Expertise in:
- Recruitment & talent acquisition
- Skills development & training (Merseta NSDMS preferred)
- Employment Equity & BEE compliance
- Payroll administration ( Sage VIP Payroll experience required )
- Knowledge of automotive HR systems , including:
- MIBCO Online
- E@syFile Employer
- SARS eFiling
