Our client is looking for a dedicated and technically proficient IT Technician to play a crucial role in maintaining IT infrastructure across 11 branches. The ideal candidate is reliable, skilled, and available to provide support beyond normal office hours when required.
Key Responsibilities
💾 Hardware and Software Management:

Install and configure new computers, software, and peripherals.

Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software issues.
-
Perform updates and upgrades of operating systems and equipment.
-
Implement and monitor backup and recovery procedures.
🌐 Network Management:

Set up and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, and firewalls.
-
Ensure network and system security via antivirus and other measures.
-
Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
👥 User Support:

Provide first-line technical support to users.
-
Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, or network-related issues.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as an IT Technician.

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
CompTIA A+ certificate or a degree/diploma in IT or Computer Science is advantageous.

Knowledge of Python is a plus.

Must be available on-call after hours to support various branches.
