Location: Casino Environment

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in a casino environment. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all contractual agreements within casino, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and safeguarding the interests of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all contracts adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external parties.
- Handle any contract disputes or issues that may arise, and work towards resolution.
- Monitor and track contract performance, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to casino contracts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the casino industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
- PSIRA registered grade A
- Own reliable transport
- Min. 3/5 years experience in similar/same role

They must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
