IT Recruitment Consultant (SAP Specialist)
Location: Parkmore, Sandton, Johannesburg
Working Hours: Full-time, Office-Based | UK Hours
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Sandton. In this role, you'll be working for a leading international recruitment company, focusing primarily on IT roles — with a strong preference for experience in SAP recruitment .

Key Responsibilities:

Source and headhunt top IT talent with a focus on SAP roles

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and candidates

Write compelling job adverts and post across relevant platforms

Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to find and engage passive candidates
-
Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines
-
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver top talent within tight deadlines

Keep up-to-date with market trends and SAP developments
Requirements:

2+ years of recruitment experience (agency experience is a strong advantage)

Proven experience in headhunting, particularly within the IT or SAP space

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other platforms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Must be based in Johannesburg and able to work full-time from our Parkmore office
