Job Overview:

You’re perfect for this position if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate, multi-division environment
- Have a strong background in business process modelling, requirements gathering, and SDLC methodologies
- Are proficient in the Microsoft technology stack
- Have experience with data analysis tools like Excel and familiarity with SQL or Power BI is advantageous
- Are familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and can adapt as needed
- Can translate business needs into clear technical requirements and vice versa
Extra points if you have:
- A Business Analysis certification (CCBA, or equivalent)
Your role and responsibilities:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
- Business Process Analysis and Support: Assisting in mapping out current workflows, identifying pain points, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Working with stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements, ensuing the are well-documented and actionable.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Supporting communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to maintain alignment on project objectives and expectations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilising data analysis tools to generate reports and insights that assist in business decision-making.
- Solution Evaluation and Support: Collaborating with IT and business teams to review potential solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and align with overall strategy.
- Change Management Assistance: Helping facilitate smooth transitions to new systems and processes by providing documentation, training materials, and basic user support.
- Testing and Quality Assurance Support: Working alongside testing teams to review test cases and validate delivered solutions meet business requirements.
