Description:
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and analytical individual with a systematic approach to work, as well as the ability to work independently and accurately under pressure.The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following duties and responsibilities :- Bookkeeping up to balance sheet (Cashbook processing and journals)
- Bank reconciliations.
- GL recons for all balance sheet accounts
- Managing logbooks for company fleet/vehicles
- Management Accounts
- FOREX
- Yearend closure and assistance in preparing the annual audit files.
- Creditor’s function, including monthly credit run.
- Capturing of purchase orders
- All other financial and administrative duties related to this position.
Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Deadline Driven
- Excellent computer skills
- Own reliable transport – would be an advantage
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
- Able to follow processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
