Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Services Manager to lead and enhance our HR operations. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality HR services while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and South African labor legislation. You will work closely with divisional leaders and operational teams to provide strategic HR support that drives business performance and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR service delivery to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

  • Provide expert guidance on industrial relations, partnering with leadership to navigate complex employee matters.

  • Support the execution of HR strategies that align with business goals and promote employee engagement.

  • Ensure adherence to labor legislation and internal policies across all HR activities.

Requirements:

  • Lead and manage HR service delivery to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

  • Provide expert guidance on industrial relations, partnering with leadership to navigate complex employee matters.

  • People Management: 5 to 6 years
  • Relationship Building: 5 to 6 years
  • Integrity: 5 to 6 years
  • Customer/Client Service Orientation: 5 to 6 years
  • Communication – Verbal And Written: 5 to 6 years
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in industrial relations and retail management.

  • In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in industrial relations and retail management.

  • In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
