Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Services Manager to lead and enhance our HR operations. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality HR services while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and South African labor legislation. You will work closely with divisional leaders and operational teams to provide strategic HR support that drives business performance and fosters a positive workplace culture.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of proven experience in industrial relations and retail management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
