Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Consultant to join their dynamic sales team. You will play a key role in generating leads, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth through inbound and outbound communication. REQUIREMENTS- Matric and relevant qualifications highly advantageous
- Proven experience in internal sales and customer service.
- Experience in the hospitality industry advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven
DUTIES
- Reporting to the Sales Manager
- Engage with new and existing customers
- Qualify inbound inquiries and generate outbound sales leads.
- Maintain and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Prepare and send quotations, with follow-ups.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide product information and support to customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Salary: basic plus excellent commission, dependent on experience
