My client, a leading road transport service provider based in Stellenbosch is seeking to employ a Creditors Clerk with relevant qualification and 4 years experience to join their team. The successful candidate must be fully bilingual with above average Excel skills. Minimum requirements:- Relevant accounting qualification
- At least four years experience in a similar role
- Analytical with good planning and organizational skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet required deadlines
- Ability to handle high volumes
- Very good Excel as well as administrative skills
Responsibilities:
- Processing of creditors invoices
- Handling inquiries from carriers
- Compilation of payment advice at the end of the month
- Compile and import payment import files on bank
- Load and allocate payments made on system
- Sending out payment advice to carriers
