Job Purpose:Join a growing team as an Executive Administrator, providing high-level support to the Director and Sales Manager. This is a dynamic role suited to an organised, tech-savvy professional with strong multitasking abilities.Working Hours:Mon–Thurs: 07:30–16:20Fri: 07:30–13:30 Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage diaries, emails, travel bookings, and meetings
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate records and CRM (Sales Evolution) data
  • Handle correspondence, queries, and general office admin
  • Assist with quotes, sales follow-ups, and client communications
  • Support marketing and materials preparation as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar admin role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Pastel Evolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Professional, discreet, and dependable
