What you'll do
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue
- Manage relationships with key retail and independent clients, including Shoprite Checkers and Pick n Pay
- Present and promote our product offerings, particularly in processed meat
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for growth
- Train, mentor, and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Forecast sales performance, budgets, and market opportunities to inform business planning
- Collaborate with marketing to create impactful promotional campaigns
