What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including identifying opportunities, preparing submissions, and ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Draft, distribute, and evaluate RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs to source goods and services.

- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor performance.
- Conduct vendor evaluations and assist in the negotiation of terms and agreements.

- Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, and generating reports.

Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with specific expertise in tenders, RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs
