You'll be the frontline fixer—the go-to hero on-site who keeps diesel machines purring and clients smiling. With a toolbox in hand and a sharp eye for detail, you'll ensure every piece of equipment runs like a dream. You're not just a technician; you're a problem-solver, report-writer, and all-around equipment whisperer.

What you'll do

• Deliver top-tier service directly to client sites with a can-do attitude and professional flair
• Run detailed inspections and diagnostics to pinpoint wear and tear or faulty components
• Stick to preventive maintenance schedules to avoid breakdowns before they happen
• Handle part upgrades, corrosion control, and repairs across all major systems:
• Electrical, AC, hydraulics, fuel, emissions, brakes, steering—you name it
• Remove, replace, repair, overhaul, and fine-tune everything from clutches to traction units
• Perform machine shop magic: bearing pre-loads, valve adjustments, gear alignments, etc.
• Test performance post-fix with confidence and precision
• Keep meticulous records and reports that would make any auditor weep with joy
• Maintain shop equipment by troubleshooting and following operating procedures
• Keep costs down by making smart calls on parts, repairs, and warranties
• Manage inventory and ensure tools and supplies are always ready for action
• Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing training, bulletins, and regulatory updates
• Embrace new tasks with a team-first mindset and pride in their contribution

• Repairing: 4 to 5 years
• Vehicle Inspection: 4 to 5 years
• Yellow Machines: 4 to 5 years
• Diagnostic Tests: 4 to 5 years

• A Red Seal trade test certificate—non-negotiable
