Description:
A seasoned expert in paid digital advertising is sought to lead Google Ads campaign strategies and execution. This individual will be responsible for crafting scalable, data-driven advertising plans that align with client goals, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal campaign performance.
What you'll do
- Develop, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve strong ROI
- Regularly conduct audits of existing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Generate detailed analytics reports and performance summaries for client review, using insights to guide campaign strategy
- Keep abreast of evolving best practices in digital advertising and apply them to improve campaign outcomes
- Communicate directly with clients to discuss strategies, report performance, and align campaign objectives
- Work closely with internal teams (support, design, and billing) to maintain campaign continuity and quality
- Use strong analytical thinking and financial acumen to make informed, data-driven decisions
- Write compelling ad copy tailored to campaign objectives and audience segments
- Engage with clients to understand their business goals and tailor advertising strategies accordingly

- Familiarity with integrating Google Ads with CRM systems and leveraging first-party data
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet daily deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly with senior stakeholders
