Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of their fine-dining restaurant within their 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional guest dining experience by maintaining high standards of service, managing a skilled team, and driving profitability. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead and train front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and handle any service issues professionally
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and presentation in collaboration with the culinary team
- Develop and implement service standards, SOPs, and staff schedules
- Analyze financial reports and assist in achieving revenue and cost targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine-dining setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, POS systems, and inventory control
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
