Our client is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join their culinary team at their prestigious 5-star hotel. The ideal candidate will support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in delivering high-quality cuisine, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across all sections
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff in daily operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene
- Help with menu planning, stock control, and inventory management
- Ensure consistent food quality and portion control
- Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining setting
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality food preparation
- Good organizational and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
