Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on products and services to meet their needs.
• Sales: Drive sales by identifying customer needs, offering recommendations, and upselling products where appropriate.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and availability.
• Point of Sale: Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage customer payments.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve store goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff.

Requirements:

• Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills: 1 to 2 years
• Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Setting: 1 year or less
• Experience In A Retail Environment : 10 years or more

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Passed Matric gr12/NQFLV4-Above.
• SA ID/Passport
• 1-2 years of experience.
