23 years experience in desktop, network, or helpdesk support Microsoft certifications, A+ and N+ Own car and valid drivers license Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking fundamentals Strong interpersonal, troubleshooting, and documentation skills A proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetð??? Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent A diploma or associates degree in IT or a related field (preferred) Entry-level certs like CompTIA A+, ITF+, or Microsoft Technology Associate (beneficial) ð???
