What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Upsell, cross-sell, and identify new opportunities
- Prospect and build your own client base
- Drive product and service adoption
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service What you will need:
- 5+ years experience in IT account management (MSP or Telecoms)
- Strong background in client service & communication
- Own vehicle and valid drivers license
- CRM-savvy (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Bonus Skills:
