SENIOR SAFETY OFFICER (MOBENI)

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Safety Officer who can take full ownership of the SHEQ function on site. The ideal candidate is proactive, hands-on, and well-versed in safety regulations and systems. They must have a strong track record in risk management, incident investigation, and legal compliance, along with the ability to lead safety initiatives and training. Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar safety-focused role
• SAMTRAC qualification required
• Proficient in MS Office (Intermediate level preferred)
• Internal Auditor certification for IMS (advantageous)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards (advantageous)
