Description:
We are looking to employ a Barista/Shop Assistant for our store in Green Point at the Cape Quarter Lifestyle Village.
Please note that this position is for someone to start asap.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric certificate
- Must have previous Barista experience & training.
- Must be comfortable with frothing, using a Barista Coffee Machine & making and serving Iced Drinks, for example, Iced Cappuccinos
The following qualities are a prerequisite for the applicant:
- Should be able to interact at all levels
- Should be of a smart appearance and articulate
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Great Customer service
- Be able to create a good vibe in-store
- Must reside in the surrounding areas
The position is for a trained Barista who can also assist on the shop floor with Retail duties.
Salary is to be discussed in the interview.
