KWV a renowned South African brand and industry leader in the production of world-class wines, and other spirits has a permanent vacancy for a Sales Reporting Coordinator based in Paarl.

Purpose:
- Driving business performance by transforming data into actionable insights. The primary responsibility will be to support sales performance through data-driven insights, generate reporting dashboards, and analysis. The Sales Reporting Coordinator helps identify opportunities, and areas for improvement to drive informed decision-making and strategic growth within the SA Sales environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop regular sales reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
- Deliver accurate and prompt continuous Sales Performance reports to SA Sales team (daily, weekly & monthly)
- Deliver accurate and continuous Marketing (Spirit & Wine) Dashboards
- Calculate and coordinate the monthly and quarterly sales incentive information
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement process enhancements and best practices
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across sales systems and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to align on business goals
- Attend regular meetings with the various departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of Sales objectives
- Sales support to the Field sales team
- Act as Point of Entry with database service provider
- Manage the Vodacom contract within budget
- Manage the relationship with Third Party service providers
- Liaise with SAP and Accounts department to verify outlet information and rectify if needed
Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification in business management, marketing or related field preferred.
- 3 to 5 years working experience in a Sales support environment
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a FMCG environment would be beneficial
- IT literate on Microsoft, PowerPoint
- Advanced level of Excel skills
- Understanding of financials and budgets
- Experience in FSA systems (Salesforce, Repforce, etc.) or other sales-related software will be advantageous
- Proficiency in BI software will be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
