Job Title: Administrator – Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)
Location: Camperdown, KwaZulu-Natal

Hire Resolve's Client are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract . The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and finance-related tasks to support the smooth running of office operations. This includes general administration, accounts payable, PPE ordering and distribution, procurement, and support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administrative support including document management and correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems – both physical and digital.
  • Order, track and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure safety compliance.
  • Support procurement by generating purchase orders and working with local suppliers.
  • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
  • Manage petty cash and employee reimbursements.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and administrative reporting.
  • Collaborate with various departments to perform ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Ensure office supplies and resources are maintained to support daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF-accredited Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Bookkeeping, or a related field)

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar administrative role
  • Exposure to accounts payable and office coordination is advantageous
  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Valid South African Driver’s License
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Trustworthy, honest, and reliable
  • Self-motivated and proactive
