Job Title: Administrator – Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)
Location: Camperdown, KwaZulu-Natal
Hire Resolve's Client are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract . The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and finance-related tasks to support the smooth running of office operations. This includes general administration, accounts payable, PPE ordering and distribution, procurement, and support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administrative support including document management and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems – both physical and digital.
- Order, track and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure safety compliance.
- Support procurement by generating purchase orders and working with local suppliers.
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
- Manage petty cash and employee reimbursements.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and administrative reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments to perform ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensure office supplies and resources are maintained to support daily operations.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF-accredited Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Bookkeeping, or a related field)
Experience:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar administrative role
- Exposure to accounts payable and office coordination is advantageous

- Valid South African Driver’s License
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Trustworthy, honest, and reliable
- Self-motivated and proactive
