Are you a driven healthcare recruiter with a flair for leadership and a passion for building high-performing teams? Orchard Corp is hiring a Physician Recruiter (Player-Coach) to join our fast-growing medical recruitment team. This is a unique opportunity to start as a hands-on recruiter and grow into a strategic leadership role—shaping the future of talent acquisition in healthcare.


 About the Role

Initially, you'll focus on recruiting physicians and other healthcare providers across multiple specialties. As the organization scales, you’ll transition into a leadership position—mentoring junior recruiters, optimizing processes, and developing long-term talent strategies.


Please note: This position requires working U.S. time zone hours to align with our clients and physician network.


里 Key Responsibilities

Individual Contributor Phase:


Build and manage our online presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to attract top-tier medical professionals.


Post, track, and optimize job listings on specialized healthcare recruitment platforms.


Source candidates proactively using advanced search tools and HubSpot CRM.


Manage end-to-end candidate engagement, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.


Draft compelling job descriptions and recruitment content to promote Orchard’s brand.


Work with internal stakeholders and partners like MSPs (e.g., LocumSmart, Aya, Envision) to manage incoming job requests.


Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation in our ATS.


Leadership Phase:


Mentor and onboard new recruiters, sharing tools, strategies, and best practices.


Create and monitor performance metrics to ensure team goals are met.


Collaborate on strategic recruitment planning with senior leadership.


Optimize sourcing and onboarding processes using data and recruitment analytics.


 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.


Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment—preferably within healthcare.


Strong command of social media, job boards, and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).


Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.


Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.


Natural leadership abilities and a desire to coach and uplift others.
