Knowledge and abilities:
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and feedback.
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for printing.
- Familiarity with current design trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing store front banners, boards, and other branding materials.
- Creating technical specification/data sheets.
- Producing stills for social media.
- Ensuring consistent branding across all materials.
- Capturing high-quality photography and videography.
- Motion Graphics / Video FX
- Social Media Management (PPC and Campaign management posts)
- Maintaining Brand Consistency Across All Outputs
- Collaborating Across Departments for Design Alignment
- Publications
- Project Management
- Managing Digital Asset Libraries
- Contributing to Creative Strategy
- A/B Testing and Design Iteration
- Keeping Up With Industry Trends
- Miscellaneous Graphic Design Tasks

- Matric
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and high-quality design work.
