Description:

    • Procurement & Sourcing:
      • Source reliable suppliers and vendors for goods and services.
      • Request and evaluate quotations, proposals, and bids.
      • Purchase goods and services in line with company policies and budget.
    • Supplier Management:
      • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
      • Monitor supplier performance and manage contract compliance.
      • Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
    • Contract & Documentation:
      • Prepare and review purchase orders and contracts.
      • Ensure proper documentation and filing of procurement records.
      • Maintain accurate procurement databases and inventory records.
    • Budget & Cost Control:
      • Monitor and manage procurement budgets.
      • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
      • Ensure procurement activities align with financial objectives.
    • Compliance & Risk Management:
      • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
      • Evaluate and mitigate procurement-related risks.

Requirements:

    • Ability to work independently and under pressure
    • Strong administrative skill with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good communication skills with a vibrant personality
    • Own transport and driver’s license (Not negotiable)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification with 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Literacy in Microsoft Excel / Word (Intermediate level)
  • Experience in Microsoft Business Central - NAV (advantageous)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong administrative skill with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills with a vibrant personality
