System Analyst

Description:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering OR Software Development
  Requirements:
  
  • Minimum 5 years experience in either:
    
    • Software Development OR
    • Data Analytics OR
    • Plant Operations in a manufacturing environment
    • PowerApps and Power BI knowledge (must-have)
    • Exposure to database administration & data privacy
    • Business analysis & project management experience
    • Advantageous: Azure/AWS data analytics, systems integration, manufacturing environment exposure
      Key Performance Areas (KPAs):
      
      • Support and maintain the digital portfolio within the business
      • Help end-users develop their own PowerApps & Power BI reports
      • Analyse data to drive business insights
      • Document processes & reporting
      • Administer databases & ensure data privacy
      • Monitor system performance and alignment with business goals
      • Provide first-line ICT support
      • Manage vendor relationships & contracts
      • Develop and deliver user training for digital tools
      • Assist with ICT clerical functions and budgeting processes
