Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Production/ Operations Management: Develop, implement, and optimize operational strategies to enhance productivity, minimize downtime, and reduce costs. Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and improve workflow efficiency. High Focus in managing Safety, Production, Quality, Planning & Costing. Supervise production staff, including technicians, operators, and supervisors, to ensure proper training, performance, andadherence to safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and processes to identify and address any issues affecting production
efficiency or product quality. Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization. Coordinate with sales, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Recruit, train, and supervise production staff, including assemblers, technicians, and machine operators. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
Production Engineering:
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement efficient production processes for wire harness manufacturing. Continuously evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce waste, and increase output. Introduce innovative techniques and technologies to enhance production capabilities and competitiveness.Quality:
