Key Responsibilities:- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain financial records, process transactions, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist with the financial aspects of bid submissions and documentation.
- Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and project financial administration.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and assist with audit preparation.
- Manage cash flow, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Industry background is open, though exposure to engineering, construction, or consulting will be an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with financial software.
- Independent worker capable of managing tasks remotely, as the majority of the team is based in Johannesburg.
