We are lookiing for an experienced branch manager with car rental experience, male.
Manage and lead the operations of a specific branch, focusing on customeer service, fleet management, and revenue generation, responsible for the monitoring branch performance, ensuring vehicle availabliity, and supervising the branch team to achieve business objectives.
Lead and Manage the Branch Team:
Supervise and guide branch employees, including training and development, performance management, and scheduling.
Drive Revenue and Profitability:
Implement strategies to increase rental bookings and optimize branch performance to meet financial targets.
Customer Service:
Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing customer needs and
complaints effectively.
Fleet Management:
Monitor vehicle availability, ensure proper vehicle maintenance and condition, and manage the branch's fleet effectively.
Operational Management:
Manage daily branch operations, including reservations, rentals, returns, and other administrative tasks.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal regulations.
Sales and Marketing:
Contribute to local sales and marketing efforts to promote the branch and drive business.
