As their General Manager/Application Manager, youll be at the forefront of the design, development, testing, and deployment of their ERP System. Your role will involve:
Strategic Planning & Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the organizations application portfolio. Evaluate team performance, set goals, and provide regular feedback to drive growth and success. Application Development & Management: Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications, ensuring high standards of quality. Monitor and optimize application performance, security, and scalability Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including software providers, consultants, and service providers, ensuring effective collaboration. Project Management: Assess and mitigate risks related to application development, deployment, and usage. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing application development and management. Experience in large automotive retail industry. Hands on experience of Dealer Management System (DMS). Strong knowledge of automotive industry ERP systems such as Evolve and/or Drive. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
