Description:
Serve as the first line of support for a suite of systems LabelVantage, RFID inventory platforms, order entry tools, and ERP
Design test plans, conduct manual testing, and keep systems sharp
Craft user guides and training material (no dusty manuals here!)
Tran global users via webinars or classroom-style sessions
Track queries, route technical issues to dev teams, and keep the communication channels flowing
Handle system configurations and rollouts, ensuring no mission goes awry
Skills & Experience:
3+ years in software support and testing
Clear and engaging written and verbal communication
Ability to speak tech and user fluently
Comfortable with live training sessionswebinars or classroom-style
A born problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
Able to prioritize, self-organize, and collaborate like a team player
Qualification:
Matric (minimum)
Relevant experience in software testing/support preferred
