Duties:
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, while monitoring and reporting on performance against these targets. Provide financial guidance and support to operational teams, helping to drive cost management, profitability, and efficiency improvements. Strengthen internal controls, identify process improvements, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks. Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for business operations.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
BCom Accounting degree (essential) Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an operationally focused financial management role within a corporate environment.
