Job Description
Your duties will encompass:
- Managing the sales team and ensure they meet targets.
- Creating sales plans and strategies.
- Source leads and maintain customer relationship.
- Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Finding or converting potential leads to active customers.
- Complete performance reviews of regional staff providing critical but constructive feedback to improve staff productivity.
- Develop and present interior design concepts to clients.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
- Monitor project budgets, analyze cost variances, and providing recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Implement and managing pricing strategies.
- Oversee tender processes.
