Description:
Key Responsibilities:Change Management experience in the large and diverse organisation with 2000 users. Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, scrum masters, business stakeholders, and senior leadership. Support the delivery of projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Identify and manage anticipated resistance and develop mitigation tactics. Design and deliver change communications, training materials, and engagement activities. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Business Leaders to ensure initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget. Identify, analyze, and manage change impacts to people, processes, and technology. Design and deliver change communications, training plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and reinforcement tactics. Support the development of an internal change capability by coaching and guiding leaders and project teams Track and report change readiness and adoption metrics. Act as a trusted advisor for all change-related initiatives across the enterprise. Qualifications:
