Minimum Qualifications Required:
BCom Degree in Accounting or Auditing Completed SAICA Articles CA(SA) designationSkills, Competencies, and Experience:
Strong coaching and leadership capabilities Effective time management and multi-tasking skills Proven people management and interpersonal abilities Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills High level of professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities Solid technical and academic backgroundComputer Proficiency:
Microsoft Office Suite CaseWare Pastel Greatsoft (advantageous)Key Responsibilities & Performance Indicators:
Supervise and coordinate audit engagements and activities of trainee accountants Act as a liaison between clients, directors, and staff Conduct weekly staff briefings and performance evaluations Lead in planning, training, mentoring, and motivating team members Provide coaching and support to audit employees Review statutory audits and employee outputs Support systems development and business plan compilation Ensure full compliance with the firms System of Quality Management (SOQM) Adhere to the firms Employee Code of Conduct, including HR policies, SAICA, IRBA, and IESBA standards
