Key Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in asset integrity of stationary equipment in Refinery, NGLF, or Petrochemical plants. Perform mechanical calculations and assessments for piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and fire heaters. Ensure compliance with ASME, API, NACE, ASTM, and ISO standards. Support major turnarounds, shutdowns, and field troubleshooting. Conduct fitness-for-service evaluations and oversee equipment modifications. Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in piping design, repair, and re-rating of in-service pressure vessels. Provide technical support for hydrocarbon leak repairs, welding procedures, and mechanical assessments.â?? What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 8-15 years in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical industry, with at least 5-10 years of field experience in turnarounds and troubleshooting ASME, API-510, API-570, API-653 preferred Strong knowledge of asset integrity management, piping, and pressure vessel design Experience with engineering software and mechanical calculations Ability to lead investigations and technical evaluation Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and leadership abilities?
