Key Responsibilities:Welcome clients, open job cards, and manage service bookings Accurately record customer concerns and vehicle issues Serve as the liaison between customers, workshop, and parts departments Provide timely updates on service progress, quotes, and additional work Ensure all services and repairs receive proper authorization Conduct professional vehicle handovers to ensure quality service and satisfaction Follow up on outstanding service invoices and payments Maintain CSI/SSI targets, ensuring a positive customer experience Stay updated on OEM bulletins and campaign notices Ensure compliance with internal systems, policies, and audit standards Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12, with a relevant automotive diploma or certificate Valid drivers license Minimum 2 years of OEM dealership experience Strong understanding of service advisor processes and procedures Excellent customer service skills with a proven CSI track recordStrong administration skills and attention to detail Ability to use initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work Saturdays and public holidays Familiarity with dealership management systems (Evolve, IAL, etc.) Why Join Us?
